Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Custom-Made Products

All Annatable88 tables are custom-made to order. This means each table is built specifically for you based on your chosen design, size, colours, and specifications. Because of this, our refund policy differs from standard retail.

Before Production Begins

If you cancel your order before we start building your table, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made, minus any costs already incurred for material procurement.

After Production Has Started

Once we have started building your table, cancellation is subject to the following:

• If materials have been purchased but work hasn't begun significantly, a partial refund may be possible (minus material costs)
• If the table is partially or fully built, refunds are generally not possible because the product is custom-made and cannot be resold

We aim to discuss the situation with you honestly and try to find a fair solution.

Damaged During Delivery

If your table arrives damaged during shipping:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
• Do not attempt to repair the table yourself
• We will assess the damage and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Quality Issues

If you believe there is a genuine quality defect in your table (not natural wood/resin variations), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

What Is NOT Covered

• Natural variations in wood grain, colour, and pattern (these are features, not defects)
• Minor variations in resin colour or transparency (handcrafted products have natural variation)
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery
• Change of mind after the table has been built to your approved specifications

How to Request a Refund
